About the job

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address schedule or coordination challenges.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify quality concerns before they affect project progress.
• Use Procore to manage project documentation, daily reporting, photos, schedules, RFIs, and field communication.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, ownership, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Assist with cost awareness, change management, and budget-related field decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and support field staff while promoting a positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented jobsite culture.
• Provide clear and consistent updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive field leadership experience as a construction superintendent or in a comparable role.
• Strong experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up multifamily residential or senior living construction experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, plans, specifications, building codes, and field coordination.
• Experience using Procore for construction management, project documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to identify problems, make informed field decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
• OSHA or other relevant construction safety certifications are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Routine maintenance and service of asphalt milling machines, paving equipment, trailers, service vehicles, tractors, mowers and diesel trucks.
• Repairs to equipment systems including hydraulic, electrical, water and air.
• Repairs and maintenance to undercarriage on tracked equipment.
• Fluid and filter services on all equipment and vehicles.
• Work with provided tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Supply own tools.
• Major repairs are performed at our facilities in Pune.
• Some limited travel will be required for maintenance and repairs to equipment on job sites.
• Valid driving licence required.

• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Track project costs, progress, risks, and schedule performance; implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Use Procore or similar software to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Lead project meetings and oversee punch lists, inspections, and final project closeout.

Qualifications

• Several years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects from planning through completion.
• Multifamily residential or senior living construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with senior living, assisted living, memory care, or multifamily developments.
• Knowledge of preconstruction planning, value engineering, and design coordination.
• OSHA or other relevant construction safety certifications.
• Experience in general contracting, construction management, or design-build environments.
